About Margaret
Margaret J. Noel is a cause-driven, marketing and fundraising leader who serves as marketing communications director for Fonkoze USA, raising awareness and support for economic empowerment and poverty reduction work in Haiti.
Margaret is a purposeful fundraiser, marketer, and founder of Wolf Creek Strategies. Over the years, she has developed expertise in digital marketing, helping nonprofits and businesses create more meaningful relationships with their donors, focusing on individual giving, volunteers, and major donor relationships. Her experiences at Skidmore College, Grove City College, and Carnegie Mellon University opened her eyes to how to how fundraisers can increase their impact. She is a strong advocate for equity-centered design and intersectional development communications focused on making fundraising, marketing, and advancement more human and inclusive.
Education
Margaret earned an MBA from UMass Lowell and a BA in communication studies from Grove City College.
Volunteer Leadership
She currently serves on the board of directors of the UPMC Horizon and Jameson Community Health Foundations, serving people in Lawrence and Mercer Counties in Western PA. She also serves as an emerging leader, sharing her adoptee lived experience and acting as an advocate for adoption-competent mental health for C.A.S.E.
